Every project is different and completion time will vary on size and complexity. Your builder should be able to give you a time scale to build and complete your house entension after viewing the plans.
Do I need planning permission to start a loft conversion in London?
Generally, loft conversions do not require planning permission if kept within the limits of the exisiting building.
Can you work off my exisiting design and plans?
Yes! We do offer a planning and design service, but if you already have building plans and have decided on the designs, we are mor ethan happy to work with these.
Am I able to see your previous works in person?
It may be difficult to arrange to see a finished project but would gladly invite you along to one of our ongoing projects if you would like to see how we work.
How do I find reliable builders in London?
Finding people you can trust is paramount and if you havn't recieved reccomendations the next best thing is to speak to previous and ongoing clients of the builders you are considering?
I havn't got a kitchen design, can you still provide me with a quotation?
Yes, although it will be more of a close estimate until the deisgn is complete. If you are unsure of the design you want or of your options, our design team can help to design your kitchen by your side.
How long does an average property refurbishment in London take?
Refurbishment times vary from property to property but you can expect anything from six weeks up to ten weeks for a full property refurbishment. However, larger and more complicated jobs could take longer especially if you are adding to your existing building.
