HOW WE WORK
At Revamp, we work closely with every client, providing feedback on all aspects from the initial meeting through to the completed project which is managed by a dedicated project manager
PRE DESIGN
We meet with you at this stage to listen to your needs for your new living space and use your ideas to optimise our own ideas in order to provide you with an initial design brief. Once complete we present you with our preliminary proposal and itemised costs for you to consider. Once receiving your feedback we then provide an updated and fully comprehensive proposal and its pricing.
DESIGN
Once our initial proposal is accepted and upon instruction, we begin the design stage providing you with detailed drawings and plans. Once this have been presented to you our design team will then meet with you to confirm that you are fully satisfied with the plan moving forward.
BUILD
You will then be introduced to your personal project manager who will oversee every aspect until completion. This ensures that your project is completed on time and according to your expectations. Every level of your package is bespoke, from the initial design meeting through to the completed build including the service provided in between. Once completed we then invite you to inspect the project and once satisfied you can then sign it off with your project manager.
AFTERCARE
One month after being signed off we will get in touch to discuss your new living space with you and complete a survey of the whole project to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the completed project.
